Tees Valley Lakes

Terms and Conditions.

• Membership to Tees Valley Lakes is required to book tickets on all lakes.

• Tickets run from 10am to 10am following day. Entry to the lake from 10am.

• Seasons run, Summer – March to October, Winter – November to February (tickets MUST be used in season purchased and cannot run on to next season)

• Tickets can be purchased up to 120 days in advance, payment is required on booking.

• Non Fishing Guest, One ticket per member valid 24hr, Booked with ticket £8.00, Added to ticket after booking £12.00 (Daily availability of Non Fishing Guest tickets is limited; payment is required upon booking.)

• NO duplicate bookings, If booking for another member booking MUST be made in their name. (duplicate bookings will be cancelled and credit issued to rebook)

• Amendments – All tickets purchased can be rescheduled for alternate days up to 48hrs of the booked date using confirmation email or by text to 07980 179585 , Any price difference from rescheduled tickets must be paid on arrival at the lake. 

• Tickets cannot be rebooked/cancelled inside of 48hrs, No refunds will be given.

• Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.

• Any member booking  pay on day tickets & failing to attend for any reason/or cancelling bookings more than once will no longer be entitled to any further Pay on Day bookings.

• If a Member fails to attend Pay on Day Booking then membership will be suspended until all owed payments are paid in full plus 5% to cover card payment fees, All future bookings may then only be done online only.

• In the event the lake/fishery is closed due to natural weather occurance, lake freezing or any other reason an account credit will be refunded for the value of any FULL tickets not used.
